- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: The exchanges and returns are free, once you receive the package you’ll have 7 days to make any claim or request. .

                - HOW IS IT DONE? ,Send an email at ashop@annamora.es, or via phone at the number 937 883 162 requesting another size or the refund of the money. A courier will collect your package containing the items you wish to exchange or return. Once we have the package in our installations and we verify that everything is correct, we will proceed to the refund of the money or send the new garment..

WHERE DO I INTRODUCE THE DISCOUNT CODE? : When you arrive at the step 3 of the Check Out, insert the code where it says “GIFT VOUCHER”..

HOW CAN I GET THE 20 € DISCOUNT? :  You have to subscribe to our Newsletter. You just need to introduce your e-mail and accept the Terms and Conditions. After that, you will receive a confirmation email and once you accept that, you’ll get a welcome email with the discount code. WHAT CAN I DO IF THE SIZE THAT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?:  When you pick the size that you want and it says that is not available, click on “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” and enter your e-mail. If we have that garment in that size again, you’ll get an email to let you know..
